Construction Coming to Park Way & Spruce Ave. in South San Francisco


On Monday, Aug. 1, Ranger Pipelines, Inc. will begin the second segment of water pipeline replacement for the Crystal Springs Pipeline No. 2 (CSPL2) on
Park Way, between Elm Court and Spruce Avenue. Park Way will be closed to non-local traffic for approximately one month. Detour signs will be posted to direct traffic.

In mid-August, the third segment of water pipeline replacement will continue on Spruce Avenue between Park Way and Beech Avenue. Spruce Avenue will be closed to non-local traffic for approximately one month. Detour signs will be posted to direct traffic.

To prepare for pipeline installation, excavation of the road and installation of the water pipeline will begin in early and mid-August. Your water service will not be interrupted. The contractor will abide by the local city noise ordinance.

Nearby residents should anticipate for some minor traffic delays. Parking will not be permitted on the streets near work areas. Please look out for the No Parking signs for details about acceptable parking hours. El Camino Real Construction Update

Earlier this summer, Ranger Pipelines began pipeline replacement work on El Camino Real in the City of Burlingame. As of today, two pit locations are active. They are located between Adeline Drive and Trousdale Drive. Construction activity at these pits are expected to last until late summer.



After these pit locations are complete, crews will begin construction in front of the Burlingame Plaza Shopping Center and Friendship Plaza Shopping Center in late summer through the fall. Stay tuned for updates regarding this work. For more specific questions, please contact 866-973-1476.

South San Francisco Construction Update

After the July 4 weekend, Ranger Pipelines, Inc. began work in the South San Francisco area at Palm Avenue and Orange Avenue. A small slide show was created to illustrate what construction activity looks like right now.
